No. After signing the technical specification (SRS) and the cost estimate, the cost of work is fixed in the contract (Fixed Price). Any additional requirements or new functions are evaluated as separate optional sprints exclusively upon your prior written agreement.

100% created source code, rights of intellectual property, graphic layouts and database rights transfer to the client according to the official acceptance-transfer document. You have full access to the repository and servers from the first day.

We connect the client to our task tracker and Git repository. Every two weeks, an online demo takes place showing the implemented functionality on a closed test Staging server.

The SLA Agreement legally establishes the guaranteed system availability time (Uptime from 99.8%) and the maximum time for first response to critical incidents (from 15 minutes). In case of violation of the schedule, a financial compensation is provided to the client.

Zero-Downtime methodology is used: first, a copy is deployed and tested on new servers, database synchronization is configured, and the final traffic switch through DNS is performed during a coordinated nighttime technological window.
