Will the Company's Operations and Unloading Stop During the Transition from 1C?

No. We configure the new system on a separate server with no interference in the current operations. The final transfer of current balances and reference data is carried out on weekends or outside working hours. On Monday, employees already start conducting new operations in the clean system.

Will historical data be preserved for past years?

We transfer all incoming balances into the new system on the chosen date (for example, at the beginning of the current month or quarter), full directories of counterparties, contacts, bank details, and nomenclature while preserving article numbers. The old 1C database is securely preserved and archived — it remains with you for reference and to confirm old primary documents in "read-only" mode.

Why are Ukrainian systems better and safer than 1C/BAS?

Firstly, legal and sanction security: 1C is a toxic Russian software product, the use of which carries direct risks for Ukrainian businesses. Secondly, updates: Ukrainian systems (MASTER, Dilovod) are officially and instantly updated for any changes in reporting forms and Ukrainian tax code. Thirdly, modernity: web interface in the browser, open API for integrations and absence of need to pay for expensive servers.

Can Accounting for Several Legal Entities or FOPT Be Conducted in One Program?

Yes, definitely. Both MASTER and Dilovod, and BJet support full multi-company accounting (Multi-Company). You can manage several LLCs and a group of individual entrepreneurs in a single database with access restrictions, view separate reporting for each subject, as well as a consolidated overall business picture.

How Long Does It Take to Implement the Accounting System?

For small and medium-sized businesses on the basis of Dilovod or Torgsoft, the typical setup, migration, and training period ranges from 7 to 14 working days. For large comprehensive projects on the basis of MASTER:ERP or BJet ERP, the period ranges from 3 to 6 weeks depending on the number of modules and the depth of customization.
