If you simply place 2 or 3 regular routers in the office with the same network name, your smartphone or laptop will strongly "stick" to the first access point even when the signal drops to a minimum, and will switch only after the complete connection break (this is called the "sticky client" problem). In a professional seamless system with 802.11k/r/v protocols, the access points constantly coordinate the client among themselves and seamlessly transfer it to the neighboring access point within 30–50 milliseconds without any video call interruption.

No, this is not needed. All corporate access points are powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology. Electrical current and data are transmitted simultaneously over a single network cable (twisted pair) from a special switch in the server rack.

The most common cause is radio frequency interference and incorrect channel selection. If your routers and neighboring business center routers operate on the same radio frequency, they interfere with each other, causing packet loss. We conduct a spectral analysis and configure the points on clean, non-overlapping channels at frequencies 5 and 6 GHz.

Yes. We configure special bandwidth limitation rules (Bandwidth Profile): for example, no more than 15 Mbit/s per guest device. This ensures that guests can comfortably browse websites and email, but never block the main channel, interfering with employees' work.
