Development of fleet, routing and delivery management systems (TMS)

Reduce fuel costs by 20–30% and deliver orders exactly on time. We develop individual TMS systems: algorithmic construction of optimal routes considering traffic jams and delivery windows, real-time GPS tracking, driver mobile app, electronic TTNs and automatic control of vehicle maintenance.

✓ Route Optimization (Vehicle Routing Problem): reduction of distance traveled and fuel consumption to 25%
✓ Mobile app for driver/courier: electronic signatures, photo capture of cargo transfer, and chat with database
✓ GPS-telemetry and fuel control: data collection from Wialon, Teltonika trackers and fuel level sensors (FLS)
✓ Electronic document management (e-TTN): instantly send waybills to clients directly from the driver’s cab

[ ECONOMY AND CONTROL ]

How does logistics automation save business from "left" flights and overspending

Transparent digital control of every kilometer and every minute of your fleet's journey

[ 01 ]

Reduction of monthly fuel costs

Comparison of CAN-bus data from the vehicle and fuel level sensors with the driven kilometers completely excludes unauthorized fuel siphoning.

[ 02 ]

Adherence to delivery time windows 100%

The algorithm takes into account peak hours, vehicle dimensions and unloading time at each point, eliminating delays to clients.

[ 03 ]

Transparency for end customer

Client receives SMS or a message with a link to a live courier movement map, as in Uber, without dozens of support calls.

[ 04 ]

Prevention of accidents and vehicle maintenance control

The system automatically reminds about oil change, brake pad replacement, completion of KASKO/OSCPV insurance and monitors driving style.

[ STAGES OF TMS IMPLEMENTATION ]

What is included in the comprehensive system of management of a car park

Full engineering stack: from mathematical routing algorithms to driver mobile apps

[ STEP 01 ] Routing

Module for dynamic route building (Route Optimization)

Automatic distribution of hundreds of addresses among fleet vehicles considering capacity, temperature regime and reception windows.

[ STEP 02 ] Driver App

Mobile app for driver and courier (iOS & Android)

Route sheet, built-in navigation, client electronic signature on screen, photo fixation of transfer and delivery point statuses.

[ STEP 03 ] Telemetry

[ FREQUENT QUESTIONS ]

Answers to common questions from customers

Key details regarding terms, independent website editing, and rights transfer.

The dispatcher cannot keep 500 delivery points with different time windows and cargo dimensions in their head. Our algorithm solves the vehicle routing problem (VRP) in a few seconds, grouping orders by geographical clusters and building a route with minimal kilometers and left turns, reducing the total mileage of the fleet by 15–25%.

Yes. The application stores the entire daily route sheet in the device’s internal memory (Offline Mode). Drivers can view addresses, mark deliveries, photograph signed documents and collect customer signatures. As soon as a mobile connection is available, all data synchronises with the dispatcher.

Yes. We integrate certified providers of electronic document exchange. Formation, signing by the driver using KEP or Diia.Signature, and registration of electronic goods transport invoices in the central database of the Ministry of Development of Territories and Communities occurs automatically.

Not required. We use open and free mapping services OpenStreetMap (OSRM / GraphHopper), which do not require a subscription fee for each calculated route. Commercial services Google Maps or HERE are connected only at the customer's request.

The system compares actual fuel consumption according to sensor data in the tank (DRP) with normative calculations based on distance. Any sharp drop in fuel level during parking or discrepancy in fuel consumption speed is recorded as an incident with immediate notification to the head of security service.
