Development and implementation of warehouse automation systems (WMS) with storage bin locations

Transforming warehouse chaos into mathematically verified logistics hub. Developing individual WMS systems: dynamic cell address storage, support for data collection terminals (DCT on Android), barcoding / QR / RFID, route optimization for pickers and real-time inventory without interrupting shipments.

✓ Addressable dynamic storage: exact coordinates of each pallet or box (Row - Section - Tier - Cell)
✓ Acceleration of order collection by 3 times: optimization of the picker's movement route in the warehouse (Pick-by-Path)
✓ Support for TSD terminals: mobile app for scanning barcodes and immediate batch verification
✓ Inventory without stopping the warehouse: cyclic counting of balances in specific zones in background mode

[WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS]

How does the modern system WMS eliminate discrepancies and penalties from buyers

Automation of warehouse operations eliminates human factors and increases warehouse throughput

[ 01 ]

Reduction of packing errors to 0.05%

The data collection terminal scanner will simply not allow the clerk to place an incorrect item or the wrong size/color modification into the box.

[ 02 ]

Increase the capacity of the warehouse by 20–30%

Dynamic placement algorithms suggest the best available cell considering the dimensions and weight of the product, eliminating empty shelves.

[ 03 ]

Quick onboarding of new collectors within 1 day

The employee does not need to "know the layout by heart": the mobile terminal guides him along the shortest path from cell to cell.

[ 04 ]

Strict control of expiry dates (FEFO/FIFO)

The system automatically directs the release of goods from the batch, whose shelf life ends earlier, excluding the write-off of expired products.

[ STAGES OF WMS IMPLEMENTATION ]

What is included in the development and automation of the warehouse

Systematic transformation of the warehouse from cell topology markup to integration with ERP

[ STEP 01 ] Topology

Design of warehouse topology and labeling

We break down the warehouse into zones (receiving, storage, picking, shipping) and generate barcodes for each cell.

[ STEP 02 ] Mobile TZD

Development of a mobile app for TSD terminals

We create a fast app for Android scanners (Zebra, Honeywell, Chainway, Urovo) with large buttons and voice guidance.

[ STEP 03 ] Receipt

Cross-Docking Module (Cross-Docking)

We automate the verification of delivery against the delivery note, pallet marking and direct redirection of deficit items to dispatch.

[ STEP 04 ] Collection

Wave and batch picking (Wave & Batch Picking)

Combines similar positions from dozens of orders into a single route for the collector, reducing the kilometerage of the warehouse's movement.

[ STEP 05 ] Logistics

Integration with courier services and scales

Connecting electronic scales, dimension scanners and automatic marking printers of Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest.

[ STEP 06 ] Inventory

Continuous cyclical inventory (Cycle Counts)

We implement inventory counting directly during the workday by individual shelves without stopping the entire warehouse operations.

[ FREQUENT QUESTIONS ]

Answers to common questions from customers

Key details regarding terms, independent website editing, and rights transfer.

No. We implement the system step by step: first, cells are marked without changing the current work. Then, under the new system, the receipt of new goods is launched, and the balances on the old shelves are inventoried and gradually moved to new cells during regular working shifts.

Our mobile WMS client operates on the Android operating system and is compatible with all popular brands of secure industrial terminals: Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Chainway, Point Mobile, Urovo, Newland. It also supports regular operation with smartphones for small warehouses.

The data collection terminal application supports offline mode operation. The clerk continues to collect the current order along the saved route. Once the connection to the server is restored, data on scanned barcodes automatically synchronize without loss.

Instead of chaotic running around the warehouse for each item, the Pick-by-Path algorithm builds an optimal snake-like route, combining identical items from several orders. This reduces the distance traveled by the picker by 40–60% per day.

Yes. Upon completion of scanning the box, the operator presses the button on the terminal, and the mobile or stationary label printer near the packing table immediately prints the ready TTN or internal marking sticker.
