Moving the database to a full-featured MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL completely eliminates this problem.

We use proven hardware or software solutions USB-over-IP (for example, network USB hubs or secure tunnels). Physical tokens are connected in the office, and the virtual server in the cloud recognizes them as if they were inserted directly into its port.

Yes, we connect an official module of direct integration. The accountant in 1C/BAS simply selects the required documents and presses one button — the documents appear instantly in M.E.Doc with preservation of numbers and dates.

No, all responsible works related to transferring and converting the database we always carry out in the evening or on weekends by prior agreement with the chief accountant. The accounting office continues work in the usual mode in the morning.

We configure daily backup creation at 03:00. The archive is automatically encrypted and uploaded to a separate geographically distant cloud storage (AWS S3, Google Cloud or dedicated FTP). Even in case of complete failure of the local computer, the database can be restored in a few minutes.
