Yes, on 100%. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services" and the Civil Code of Ukraine, an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature (KEP) or Diia.Signature has exactly the same legal force as a handwritten paper document with a wet seal. The tax service (DPS) and courts of all instances accept electronic documents first.
Action.Signature is generated directly on the citizen's smartphone within 1 minute via facial biometry (Photo Match). The client does not need to purchase USB tokens or install special cryptographic providers on a computer: he simply scans the QR code with a phone and signs the contract within 10 seconds. This increases the speed of signing agreements by dozens of times.
Diia.Sharing allows your company to legally receive digital copies of a customer’s internal passport (ID card), international passport, taxpayer card (taxpayer identification number) or driving licence directly in a CRM or accounting system as a signed PDF and structured JSON data. There is no longer a need to re-enter data manually or ask the customer to make paper photocopies.
Service «Vchasno» allows the counterparty to sign a document for free by direct link, received via email or in a messenger, using their own KEP (Privat24, Diia.Signature, any ACSC). The counterparty does not need to purchase paid subscriptions to sign incoming documents.
Yes. For mass documents (for example, monthly bills or service acts provided to thousands of clients) we configure service modules for automatic electronic seal signing by a legal entity, which completely frees the accountant from manually signing each individual document.
Documents are securely stored in the cloud storage of the «Vchasno» service or in your own encrypted electronic archive with automatic backup. You can download both the PDF document and the receipt file with validation confirmation of signatures at any time.
